Services of Laurelwood

May through October 2009

The rental fee for Laurelwood is $3700. (Up to 250 people.)
This fee includes the following:

  • Use of the facility for the day of the wedding / reception until 10PM plus use of the facility for one hour for rehearsal the day prior.

  • Guest parking is reserved off site (a fifteen minute bus ride from Laurelwood).

  • Trash removal to recycle center.

  • Use of two golf carts plus drivers to shuttle guests on the Laurelwood premises.

  • Use of sound system during reception.

  • Use of bridal cottage by bride and bridesmaids during the day of the wedding.

  • Access to site for rehearsal on Friday afternoon.

  • Access to the gardens for bridal pictures by special appointment.
